Stupid line!

Due to the errors of the streamyx line, i already 3days continuously didn't online during the period from 6pm until 12.30am!!
Very weird right???
These 3days, i am facing the same problem!
Called the person who in charge..
He said that he will pass the problem to their technician..

As the result!
Yes!
The technician settled already!
But he settled by connected our line to another line.
We thought that he really settled this problem.
But hor!
8pm that time, cannot online AGAIN!

We suspected that someone stole our line!
Stupid!

My dad wanted to call the person again today.
